ArgusConcept GmbH — Self-Hosted Kimai Rollout & FileMaker Migration
Follow-on engagement from a 22-year prior relationship: the now-replaced FileMaker solution was originally designed and built by the same architect (2000–2004). Today, a clean architecture transition to a self-hosted Kimai stack (PHP/Symfony, Docker, MariaDB, REST/JSON API) — with custom fields, role & permission models, invoicing and reporting templates translated from the legacy system, and lossless data migration of customers, projects, activities, and time entries via JSON-API and CSV import.
Streetbuzz GmbH — IT Controlling & M365 Cloud Migration Lead
Led the Microsoft 365 cloud migration and the build-out of an internal IT department with optimized provider contracts. Implementation of ITILv4 standards for incident, change, and problem management, plus risk management. Since August 2024 the focus shifted to ongoing IT controlling for operational efficiency. In parallel, development of the StreetBuzzConcept platform concept for collaborative street-level marketing, including Playwright-MCP-based QA browser automation.

Implementation of encrypted communication and data-loss prevention in Microsoft 365 for sensitive architectural documents and competition material. Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels for confidentiality grading of project and competition documents, DLP policies across email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, plus encrypted communication via Message Encryption and S/MIME options.
