  2. MCP Interception — MCP Server intercepts and analyzes content for PII.
  3. PII Tokens — Touchy data replaced with tokens (e.g., PII_PERSON_001, PII_EMAIL_001)
  4. AI Processing — AI processes only anonymized info.
